Sunday 26 June 3pm
at Tommy’s – upstairs, 82 George St, Bathurst
$12 on the door
On Sunday 26 June, in partnership with Tommy’s, live art and performance collective Big One Little One are presenting Grown Ups Do Show and Tell, an afternoon of hilarious tales, embarrassing anecdotes and poignant stories from who we used to be, or who we hoped we’d become.
Prominent artists of Bathurst have been asked to dig deep into their childhood and share an artefact like a letter, diary entry, report card, drawing – or even some bad teenage poetry – that helped shape who they now are as an artist.
The event will be fully licensed, and food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Tickets are $12 on the door. All proceeds go towards supporting Big One Little One’s new immersive work We Always Wanted to be Professional Dancers, which is premiering in Bathurst in September.
This is an opportunity to get the arts community of Bathurst together on a winter’s afternoon and share some stories and some drinks, while raising money for an upcoming community arts project.
Big One Little One are so proud to be presenting this new work in Bathurst and to produce this fun community event.
